The Kids Write Network program is unique as it is easily adaptable into school
curricula and can be implemented into any of the four art disciplines: writing, illustration, music, and
now, with Les Twins, body movement/dance. Les Twins visit schools, hospitals, and accessible
community venues to reach youth to demonstrate how they use dance and body movement to cope with their mental struggles. They share their techniques, global education, experiences, and speak to
students about self-love and acceptance.
The program follows a scientifically validated six-step process researched at McGill University in Canada that combines positive psychology with neuroscience. The program is designed to help students learn to communicate and work through negative experiences and build confidence and resilience. As of today, 4 articles have been submitted for publication.
Upon enrollment, the KWN provides exclusive training for educators who use the platform to assist
students in regulating emotions, increasing coping skills, and focusing on a positive mindset before their participation with Les Twins. This approach helps students understand what to expect and how their work ties in with the workshop.
Having had great success in Canada, the Rise for Mental Health Tour is launching in the USA in October 2023. We are looking forward to making an impact on youth across America! Book your school, hospital or institution before its sold out.
