The Kids Write Network program has been converted into a digital platform known as Twinbot that is easily adapted into school curricula or after school as well as in community centers and hospitals.
Educators and staff are trained and given the educators' workbook that allows them to follow the 6 steps of the program. It can be done in 3 x 45 minute classroom sessions for students aged 12+. It is also available for elementary school students as young as 7 years old.
The KWN program follows a scientifically validated six-step process researched at McGill University in Canada that combines positive psychology with neuroscience. The program is designed to help students learn to communicate and work through negative experiences and build confidence and resilience. As of today, 4 articles have been submitted for publication.
Upon enrollment, the KWN provides an exclusive 3 hour training for educators who use the platform to assist students in regulating emotions, increasing coping skills, and focusing on a positive mindset.
Having had great success in Canada, the Rise for Mental Health Tour is launching in the USA in 2024. We are looking forward to making an impact on youth across America! Book your school, community center, hospital or institution to receive the TwinBot web-app experience.
