We believe art is one of the most powerful tools for youth to process emotion, reduce anxiety, and express themselves freely — but it can't be just one form. That’s why the Kids Write Network (KWN) was created: the first multi-disciplinary, art-based mental health program using writing, visual art, music, and movement to promote resilience and self-awareness.
Today, KWN is available in two formats: as a traditional workbook-based intervention and through our digital platform, TWINtuition, which integrates seamlessly into classrooms, after-school programs, community centers, and hospitals.
TWINtuition supports students from K–12 through university and can be delivered in under 45 minutes per session. Educators are provided with step-by-step training and a guided workbook to ensure consistency and impact. Whether digital or hands-on, the KWN approach brings mental health support into the heart of education — creatively, accessibly, and scientifically.
The Kids Write Network (KWN) program is built on a peer-reviewed, neuroscience-informed six-step process, validated through research conducted at McGill University. By combining positive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and expressive arts, the program empowers students to process difficult emotions, communicate more effectively, and develop lasting confidence and resilience.
Now formally recognized within the field of educational science, KWN bridges the gap between mental health and learning. In addition to its first published study, four new academic articles have been submitted, further expanding the evidence base for this innovative, art-integrated approach to student well-being and emotional development.
Upon enrollment, KWN offers an exclusive 30 hour educator training that equips staff with the tools to support emotional regulation, strengthen student coping strategies, and foster a growth-oriented, positive mindset using the platform.
After great success in Canada, the Kids Write Network is now bringing TwinBot to schools across the U.S.! We’re proud to be completing our first U.S.-based research study at Long Island University, led by Renee Ortega and her team of occupational therapists — providing the first U.S. data validating the impact of our science-based Twintuition model.
📘 Now booking: Schools, community centers, hospitals, and institutions ready to experience the Twintuition web-app — a powerful new way to support emotional growth, mental wellness, and resilience in youth.
